The problem
Most software projects skip discovery and ship the wrong thing. Most discovery programs run for months and still ship the wrong thing. We built a methodology — Brain Sketch — that uses AI to run structured operator interviews, mine call transcripts, and synthesize a buildable PRD in days.
What we built
- Transcript ingestion + structured extraction (decisions, action items, requirements)
- Workflow cards: one card per job role, written in operator language
- Architecture synthesis: feature plans, tier scoring, migration paths
- PRD generator: every module ships with a sign-off-ready spec

- Bent went from blank page to signed PRD in under 6 weeks
