Material Purchase Scheduler
Material orders timed to the schedule, not to the buyer's memory.
The problem
On most jobs, material orders are scheduled by whoever happens to remember. Late orders blow lookaheads, early orders eat the yard. We built a scheduler that pulls dates straight from the project schedule and tells the buyer when to cut each PO.

- Schedule ingest with lead-time lookup per material category
- Buyer dashboard with order-by-date and at-risk flags
- PO draft generator with one-click email out
- Pushback alerts when delivery dates threaten downstream activities
