We built a commercial GC's entire PM platform, and they own every line.

The problem

A commercial GC's PMs were losing hours a day to software built for a generic contractor, not theirs. We rebuilt the platform around how their crew actually works, module by module, and they own all of it.

What we built

  • Drawings module: deep-zoom sheet viewer, AI title-block extraction, automatic callout detection and click-to-navigate
  • Ask-the-drawings search grounded in the real sheet set, with citations
  • Revision compare (pixel-diff) and one-click drawing-log export
  • Design Loop module (RFIs and submittals) in active build
  • Phased, module-by-module rollout the team owns end to end

Signal

  • Drawings module live in demo; Module 1 signed off by the client
  • Callouts validated at 47/47 resolved, zero false positives on a real permit set
